The NH DHHS Warehouse also is able to provide government and non-profit facilities with PPE such as masks, face shields, eye protection, gowns and overalls and sanitation supplies such as hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and spray. Please use the link below to access the DHHS Supply Request form:

Orders must be picked up from the NH DHHS warehouse located at 23 Terrill Park Drive in Concord. The warehouse pick-up hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and closed on federal and state holidays. Please allow for at least 3 business days for the warehouse to process your order. You will receive a notification email with your pick-up date. If you have not yet received a confirmation email, please check your Spam folder.
