About DPSS

The goal of the Division of Procurement and Support Services is to provide best-in-class service delivery and solutions for procurement, asset management, graphic services, food and state surplus management through fostered partnerships with the State of New Hampshire bureaus and agencies.

We are a large and diverse team made up of many different groups. The bureau of Purchase and Property consists of Purchasing, the Data Control Administration, and the P-Card program. Other programs such as Federal Surplus Food Distribution, Surplus Property-White Farm, Graphic Services, Fixed and Mobile Assets, which is made up of Fleet Management, the R4 program, Merchant Card Management, and Real Property Management all fall under the Division of Procurement and Support Services umbrella.

Data Control Administration: Provides services to vendors and agency personnel state wide.

Purchase and Property: Provides cost effective procurement services and solutions state wide.

Fixed and Mobile Assets: Provides service and guidance for agency personnel in Fleet Management, Recycling, Merchant Cards, and Real Property.

Federal Surplus Food Distribution: Secures and distributes commodities for USDA Special Nutrition Programs throughout the State.

Surplus Property: Accepts state and federal property to facilitate it’s redistribution within the state, disposal, or sale.

Graphic Services: Provides cost effective printing and print procurement to state agencies and municipalities.
